people say to forgive and forgetcrap
how can you ever forget someone of something that's ever upset you?
especially if that someone is your good friend
i think i have compulsive obsessive disorder
where i keep playing conversations in my head
over and over and over
i should'nt have said that
i should have done that
i read about it somewhere
that it's called social(or something) compulsive obsessive disorder.
where when i talk to someone
the convo gets stuck in my head
and i cant sleep ;cause i keep thinking about it
but it doesnt happen to everyone i talk to
only one or two people
and with my moodswings acting up
i get angry one moment and go high the next
its so irritating.
my life is screwed
